Coaching

"You are also a really good coach because you encourage people so much. You are always building people up not tearing them down. You help people face their fears I know this from my own experience. I want to thank you so much for that because I know that if you wouldn't have given me the push to do the hurdles in the meet I wouldn't have done them and then I would have regretted not doing them. You helped my goal happen and I just want to thank you so much for that."
-Track Athlete, in a letter
"I just wanted to send a quick note of appreciation for your coaching style in allowing all the girls a more fair playing time in games. Under your tutelage, [my daughter's] self-confidence has improved over the season. Seeing her smile all weekend after making the shot in Friday's game was awesome! Thanks for giving her a chance to prove herself capable.
-Basketball Parent, in an email
